Though Bubba may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bubba touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Defer and Shirley Defer; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Nancy McClellan. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Defer; his son Skyler Defer; and his brothers, Michael and Tommy Defer.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Coffeeville Cemetery (15401 Depot St, Coffeeville, MS 38922).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Junior Auxiliary of Water Valley.
