It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brandy Michelle Baker of Water Valley, Mississippi, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gaston and Madeline Slade of Dallas, TX.. She is survived by: her husband Allen Boren Baker; her children, Madeline Michelle Vollbracht (Maddie), John Slade Vollbracht of Water Valley, MS and Nicole Davis (Reed) of Oxford, MS; her mother Angela Thorn (Charlie) of Water Valley, MS; her adoptive fathers, Charles Thomas of Grenada, MS and Royce Newman (Patty) of La Crosse, Wisconsin; her brothers, Josh Thomas (Caitlin) of Water Valley, MS and Jerrod Thomas (Bethany) of Water Valley, MS; and her grandson Baker Davis.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church of Water Valley, MS.
