She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Cooper and Myrtle Cooper (Bryant); and her husband John W Lyon. She is survived by: her children, Mike Lyon of Iuka, MS, Sharon Summers of Flowery Branch, GA, Steve Lyon of Austin, TX and Judy Knesel of Savannah, GA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
