We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2020, at the age of 83, Barbara Neal (Water Valley, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Morgan and Roberta McFarland Morgan; and her siblings, Mildred Thomas, Roy Morgan, Charles Morgan and Ralph Morgan.

She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne Neal of Water Valley, MS and Marvin Neal (Emma) of Water Valley, MS; her grandsons, Michael Hervey of Water Valley, MS and Antonio Brooks of Calhoun City, MS; her great grandchildren, Michael Hervey Jr. of Water Valley, MS, Jacquran Hervey of Water Valley, MS and Zariarian Ragland of Water Valley, MS; her stepson Melvin Scott (Ella Mae) of Merritt, GA; her siblings, Frances McCulloh (Osie) of Bellwood, IL, Clarence Morgan (Betty) and Vernon Morgan (Vanessa) of Water Valley, MS; and her close friends, Helen Gooch and Annie Gaston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
