He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Smith and Zola Smith Price; his siblings, Betty Lark of Memphis and James Price of Memphis; his caregiver Mona Hawkins-Hervey; his cousins, Patricia Reed, Calvin Hawkins, Levert Hawkins, Ray Hawkins, Perry Hawkins, Virginia Hawkins-Lewis and John Hawkins; his grandparents, John and Dena Hawkins Sr.; his siblings, Mae Dean Turner, Patricia Price, Gale Smith and Nathaniel Price; and his aunts and uncles, John, Earline Hawkins Jr., Dollie, Mose Henderson, Delia and Raybon Jenkins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
