He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude James and Dorthy Derrick James; and his sister Marie Plymale. He is survived by: his wife Eva Joyce James of Walnut; his son David James (Lisa) of Iuka; his granddaughter Kaitlin C. Fuentes; and his sister Lily Mae Norton of Bakersfield, CA.
