She is survived by: her children, Mickey Mathis (Susan) and Kimberly Ann Mathis; her grandchildren, Nealy Mathis, Jon Ford Mathis (Chelsea), Sterling Mathis, Candice Heavener (Lonnie) and Conner Mathis; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Milam, Eli Heavener, Troy Heavener, Tucker Mathis and Sadie Mathis; her sisters, Donna Carter (Buck) and Kathy Sharon Ray (Kenny); and her brother-in-law Jimmy Tate Smith.
