He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ray and Frances Taylor Hilliard; and his son Rodney Hilliard. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith of Memphis; his son Randy Hilliard (Danielle) of Lowell, IN; his siblings, Tena James (Walnut), Linda Spain (Mickey) of Somerville, TN, Celeste Nelson (Charles) of Germantown, TN, Dorsie Hilliard (Dianne) of Corinth, Glenn Hilliard (Faye) of Somerville, TN, Larry Hilliard (Vickie) of Somerville, TN and Ray Hilliard of Somerville, TN; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Emily, Shelby and Elizabeth Hilliard.
