It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Maurice Hamm of Walnut, Mississippi, who passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hamm and Edith Barnes Hamm; his siblings, Jimmy Darrell Hamm, Brenda Joyce Buchanan, Pamela Richardson and Carolyn Salewsky; his niece Courtney Stubenrauch; and also Bently Wilbanks.
He is survived by: his children, Bubba Jones (Canace) of New Albany, MS and Mandy Crum (Mindy) of Walnut, MS; his siblings, Tracy Hamm, Betty Clifton (Dale) of Chalybeate, MS, Phyllis Dickey (Jeff) of Ripley, MS, Donna Hamm of Chalybeate, MS, Peggy McNeely (William) of Ashland, MS and Carolyn Stubenrauch (Don) of Walnut, MS; his grandchildren, A. J. Crum (Jennah), Avery Jones, Kaden Jones, Colten and Emery; and his close friend Becky Dowdy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
