He is survived by: his wife Betty Richardson Spencer of Walnut, Mississippi.; his son David Spencer (Kim) of Collierville, TN; his stepdaughters, Deborah Price (Gene) of Falkner, MS and Penne Richardson of Olive Branch, MS; his grandchildren, Dave Spencer (Hannah) of Cleveland, MS, Dan Spencer of Memphis, TN and Laura Grace Spencer of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild George Spencer; and his stepgrandchildren, Robyn McElwain (Todd), John Wilkerson (Laney) of Philadelphia, MS and Kristian York (Jason).
The family has chosen to have a private family graveside service due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
