She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Crum and Dorothy Elam Crum. She is survived by: her husband Terry Spencer; her sons, Joseph Holt (Kayla) and Rick Holt; her grandchildren, Madeline Holt and Grayson Spencer; her stepfather Robert Bobo; her stepchildren, T. J. Spencer and Crystal Bowen; and her brothers, Jeffery Crum (Heather), Donald Crum (Diane) and Timmy Crum.
