She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harry K. Phillips and Viola Carter Phillips; her brother Gary L. Phillips; and her son-in-law Timmy Bryant. She is survived by: her husband Mike Hopper of Walnut, MS; her children, Shannon Bryant of Walnut, MS, Katey Hopper of Walnut, MS and Michael Hopper (Kelley) of Tiplersville, MS; her brother David Phillips of New Albany, MS; her grandchildren, Johna Bryant, Ty Mathis (Lia), Michael J. Hopper, Wyatt Hopper, Emmitt Hopper, Eli Bryant, Owen Hopper and Angie Hopper; and her great grandchild Shiloh Mathis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tiplersville Baptist Church (210 Co Rd 317, Tiplersville, MS 38674-9707). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
