She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wilbanks and Jenny Wilson Wilbanks; her husband Clyde William Alsup; her sons, Jerry Alsup and C. W. Alsup; and her grandson James McClain.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn McClain of Walnut, MS, Sue Carter (Kenneth) of Ripley, MS and Gloria Alsup (Billy) of Walnut, MS; and her siblings, Ricky Wilbanks of Pontotoc, MS and Lois Fields of Middleton, TN. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
