He was predeceased by: his brothers, John Sherman Decker and Russell Allen Decker. He is survived by: his parents, Otto Truman Decker and Clara Lorena Hood Decker; his sons, Brandon Decker of California and Joshua Decker of Colorado; and his siblings, Terry J. Decker of Perry Utah, Dennis Eugene Decker of Harrisville, UT and Cheryl Decker Voyles of Walnut, Mississippi.
