He is survived by: his daughter Angela Lynn (David); his grandsons, David Shane Cook of Selmer, TN and Cameron Robert Cook of Selmer, TN; his nieces, Patricia, Linda, Donna, Rita, Norma and Rebecca; his sister-in-law Mary Pearl White; and his niece Carry Burns.
