He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Hoy Jackson and Odie Mae Graham Jackson; and his sisters, Edna Parker and Johnnie Mae Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Stewart Jackson of Walnut Grove; his children, Randy Jackson (Diane) of Clifton, Larry Jackson (Jenny) of Walnut Grove, Melvin Jackson (Wendy) of Walnut Grove and Cecil Jackson (Michelle) of Union; and his brother Bobby Jackson of Vaiden. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; numerous number of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home (3555 US-80, Morton, MS 39117). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ott & Lee Chapel (3555 US-80, Morton, MS 39117).
