It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Louise Beason of Walnut Grove, Mississippi, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Beason; her parents, Robert South and Louise "Big Lou" Simonton; and her siblings, Earl Lee Sr. and Lucretia South.

She is survived by: her sons, Steven Wilson (Nicole) and Timothy Owen (Jilliane); and her nephew Jerome Simonton.
