He was predeceased by: his former wife Dot Allen. He is survived by: his wife April Allen; his children, Charlie Allen of Walnut Grove, Joyce Dale and Cindy Rae; his stepdaughter Carla Brewer; and his brothers, Johnny Lee, Charles and Robert Allen. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
