He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Joan Hooker; his wife Sandy Sue Hooker; his children, Glenda Joe Wilkinson and Robert Allen Chamblee; his grandchildren, Brianna Chamblee, Frances Wilkinson, Dalton and Shelby Farmer; his great grandchild Saylor Jones; and his brothers, Randy and Brant Hooker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
