He is survived by: his wife Eugunia Cook; his children, Debbie Mosley (Calvin), Ginger Colston (Robert) and Glenn Cook (Gwen); his daughter-in-law Misty Cook; his grandchildren, Amy Burton (Jim), Calvin A. Mosley, Ryan Colston, Kristen Moore (Nick), Kyle Colston (Sydne), Riley Cook (April), Baeleigh Cook, Colin Cook, Michael Vince, Myles Vince, Kaylan Cook and Carrie Welborn; and his great grandchildren, Taryn Green, Hayley Burton, Cooper Green, Kayson Green, Colston Moore, Nash Colston, Presley Cook and Adler Joles.
