He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Mosley and Glennie Abston Mosley (Beverly Jane Mosley); and his siblings, Lester Mosley, Jr., Willis E. Mosley, Raymond Mosley and Ollie Pearl Elfring.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy C. Mosley, Jr. (Jennifer), Larry D. Shirley, David Shirley (Stephanie), Rachelle Alamia, Cynthia Mosley and Diane Ivy (David); his sisters, Grace Thomas and Mary Mosley; and his brother-in-law Charles Thomas Edwards (Sheliah Kelley). He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
