He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Rhinehart and Rosa Emmie Shepherd Rhinehart; his siblings, Charlie Rhinehart, Frank Rhinehart, Ray Rhinehart, Richard Rhinehart, Bette Curry, Rosie Kemper, Lucy Thigpen and Sadie Phillips; and his nephews, Emmett Lee Curry and James "Buddy" Rhinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Virginia Rhinehart of Vicksburg; and his granddaughter Ellen Siler (Doug) of Conway, AR.
