He is survived by: his girlfriend Christina Louise Hubbard; his parents, William Shelby Hubbard, Sr. and Ruth Ann Hubbard; his children, Meghann Sebren (Ray), Sarah Louise Hubbard, Kyle Hubbard (Andrea), William Hubbard, III (Shelby), Christopher Mark Hubbard and Ryan Lee Williamson; and his siblings, Jonathan Hubbard (Young), Bobby Hubbard and Becky Hubbard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
