She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard White and Syble McDonald White. She is survived by: her husband Jacob Strait; her sons, Joseph Mahfouz, Jr. (Donna), Richard Mahfouz and Jason Mahfouz; her siblings, Greg White (Lisa) and Guinell Smith; her grandchildren, Paul Lewis, Lisa Hayes (Charlie), Syria Mahfouz and Kaia Mahfouz; her great grandchildren, Vivian, Kai and Bella; and her close friend Shana Lee.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (145 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
