She is survived by: her mother Shirley Deason Cook; her husband John Baylot; her children, Corey Alan Adcock (LeAnne), Logan Clarke Adcock and Leslie Adcock Whitaker (Ross); and her siblings, Penny Dianne Frith (Gene), Jerry Cook (Wanda), Richard Gee Cook (Jill) and Dean Joshua Cook (Laura). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
