She is survived by: her children, Jerry Wayne Cook (Wanda), Richard Gee Cook (Jill), Joseph Dean Cook (Laura) and Penny Dianne Frith (Gene); and her siblings, Carolyn Smith and Peter Deason. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
