She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry H. Gilliland, Sr. and Josephine Hart Simrall Gilliland. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hunt Theobald, John Thomas Theobald and Joseph Edwards Theobald (Jane Nicole); her brother Harry H. Gilliland, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Joseph Cameron Theobald, Emma Nicole Theobald and Dustin Louis Theobald. She is also survived by daughter and a great mother.

“I just heard about Rosalie’s passing. I was her cousin. My mom and grandmother would drive to Vicksburg in summer during the 60’s, and spend a week or two with the Gillilands. I never looked so forward to a roadtrip to see Rosalie and Harry! And the fun all of us had. Rosalie was a “hoot”! So full of life and mischief…. The stuff we got into! The secret trip we made to Greenville to meet a friend of hers… NEVER A DULL MOMENT! She will be missed!!!”
