He is survived by: his children, Janice Clay, Pam Milone (Ron) and Gary Ballard (Mary); his siblings, Maurice Ballard (Amy) and Joyce Ferguson; his brother-in-law William Hilliker (Linda); and his grandchildren, Cory Clay (Iumi), Julie Signorelli (Kevin), Chris Milone and Lisa Bunch (Jesse). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
