He is survived by: his son Rusty Penley (Tracey); his sisters, Pat McNair and Willie Belle Shipley; and his grandchildren, Jake Penley (Lindsay) and Kristen Adcox (Kyle). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
