He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Stapp Ahlvin; and his parents, Richard Glenn Ahlvin and Maridel Brown Ahlvin of Vicksburg. He is survived by: his siblings, Alix Ahlvin Moro of Sante Fe, NM, Marty Ahlvin (Suzanne) of Kosciusko, MS and Alder Ahlvin (Sheree) of Vicksburg, MS.; his nieces, Kristin Moro Coleman, Mary Megan Moro of Sante Fe, NM and Barbara Ann Ahlvin of Hattiesburg, MS; and his nephew Andrew Ahlvin of Vicksburg.
