He is survived by: his wife Linda Cothran Griffing; his children, Phillip Griffing and Cindy Jackson (Gary); his grandchildren, Daniel, Justin, Zachary and Makayla; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Aden, Jase and Knox; his brothers, Tom (Mel) and Steve (Sue); and his aunts, Nadine and Zedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
