He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Irving Kestenbaum and Edith Todd Ward of Vicksburg, MS.. He is survived by: his former wife Marti Kestenbaum; his children, Katherine Kay Kestenbaum and Troy Todd Kestenbaum (Laura); his grandsons, Myrick Todd Kestenbaum and Rayford Lake Kestenbaum; his brother Irving Todd "Pete" Kestenbaum (Angela); his niece Camryn Kestenbaum; his sisters, Karen McMahon (Tom) and Kate Isler (Doug); and his stepbrothers, Guy Ward (Melissa), Gary Ward (Beth), Al Ward, Jr. (Mary) and Johnny Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (326 Lovers Ln, Vicksburg, MS 39183).
