He is survived by: his wife Terrie Stevens; his daughters, Kristen Robison (Jeremy) and Shelley Stokes (Brandon); his father Henry Stevens (Jan); his siblings, Rusty Gardner, Donnie Gardner and Cynthia Boler; and his grandchildren, Ella Robison, Branson Stokes, Easton Robison, Cohen Stokes and Laiken Stokes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
