She is survived by: her husband Louis Hasty; her brother Butch Cummings (Patsy); her children, Christopher Michael, Gregory Gene (Amanda) and Brandy Flatt (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Austin (Kayla), Hunter (Hannah), Katlin, Gracie, Jamy, Isabella, Conner, Ava and Noah; her great grandchildren, Layton, Paisley, Lane, Emmylou and Laramie; and her children, Amy Hearn and Jaye Carroll. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
