He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lowery and Elizabeth Lowery; and his brother Rickey Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Potter Lowery; his children, Tracie Lowery and Cayce Lowery (Jessica); his grandsons, Scott Lowery and Luke Lowery; his sisters, Joanna Rivers of Satartia, MS, Shirley Ingle (Robert) of Richland, MS and Sandra Lowery (Mike Outlaw) of Belzoni, MS; and his sister-in-law Capri Lowery. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations may be made to the Shriners Children Hospitals.
