He is survived by: his wife Nancy Puckett; his children, Michael Puckett (Cheryl), Tammy Jackson (Robert) and Lorilea Williams; his stepsons, Brandon Roach and Rob Roach (Marta); his sister Janice Goza (Wallace); his grandson Matthew Puckett; and his stepgrandchildren, Danny Roach, Stephanie Roach, Angela Jordan (Adam), Christopher Roach, Paul Roach, Erica Tindol and Jackie Tindol.
