He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael Moses Jr. and Betty Gullette Moses. He is survived by: his siblings, Cam Moses Holman (Ted), Cynthia Moses Freeny (Andy) and Steven Lawrence Moses (Tammy); and his close friend Katy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society and or Paws Rescue.
