He was predeceased by: his parents, Letcher Clarkson and Theresa Louisa Sides Clarkson; and his brother David Clarkson. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Conn Clarkson; his children, Clay Clarkson (Mindy) and Casi Clarkson (Audrey Coulthurst); his stepdaughter Tracey Rubiola (Diego); his sister Deborah Caskey; and his grandchildren, Logan Clarkson, Kaylee Clarkson, Charlie Clarkson, Diego Rubiola and Nicolas Rubiola.
