He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy Barlow and Irene Mable Bunch Barlow; and his sister Elsie Traxler (John). He is survived by: his wife Linda Brock Barlow; his children, Phil Barlow, Chris Barlow, Doug Barlow (Jessica), Jeff Barlow (Laura), Debbie Clark and Barbara Sudbeck (Johnny); and his sister Dee Beasley (Bobby). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
