She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Thornton and Julia Powers Thornton; her husband Ernest Abraham; her siblings, Francis Antoine, Sybil Reaves, Margaret Rowan, Ruth Ann Lloyd and Robert W Thornton; and her grandson-in-law Ben Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Abraham (Lynne), Rhonda Abraham and Rene Abraham (Mark); her granddaughter Jessica Williams; and her sister Mexie Goodreau of Thomasville, AL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
