He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee and Ida Shirley Hugley; and his sons, Benjamin Hugley and Willis Miracle. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Hugley. He is also survived by ten children, fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
