With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Michael Coomes (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on March 24, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Billy Earl Coomes, Sr.; his son Corey Coomes; and his sister Renee Coomes. He is survived by: his wife Jane Coomes; his son Michael Coomes (Ashley); his siblings, Ken Coomes (Janet), Bill Coomes (Monica), Birchett Coomes (Kim), Bobby Coomes, Donna Steinriede, Evelyn Weaver (Mike), Lori Williams (John), Caroline Sanders and Michelle Cox (Michael); and his grandsons, Cohen Coomes and Callen Coomes.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bovina Baptist Church Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Fund and Bovina Baptist Church Children's Choir Ministry.
