It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Selby LaBarre (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Selby, Jr. and Jacqueline Haralson Selby; her husband Judge Oscar P. LaBarre; and her brother Robert H. Selby. She is survived by: her children, Oscar P. LaBarre Ill (Patt), Robert S. LaBarre (Betty), William R. LaBarre (Edye) and Lois LaBarre Wilson (Butch); and her grandchildren, Jacqueline Wilson (Jac), Martha Wilson Adams (Scott), Seth LaBarre (Ashley), Philip LaBarre (Grace), Brian LaBarre (Susan), Selby LaBarre (Clarissa), Benjamin LaBarre (Kristy), Robert LaBarre (Angelia), Anna LaBarre, Azee LaBarre (Cheyenne) and Mary Katherine LaBarre Lantrip (Daniel). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (3601 Halls Ferry Rd, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (326 Lovers Ln, Vicksburg, MS 39183).
