He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Allen and Lola V. Allen of Ponca City, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Lee Allen of Vicksburg; his children, Dale Allen of Diamondhead and Kimberly Allen of Vicksburg, Mississippi.; his former wife Elizabeth Dare Allen; and his children, Martin B. Halloran IV (Beaux) and Taylor Lee Halloran. He is also survived by his three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
