She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Normand; and her parents, Bertha Howard and Bill Howard. She is survived by: her children, Donna Normand Barnett (Jamie) of Courtland, MS and David Normand (Jennifer) of Vicksburg; her grandchildren, Jamie Hardy (Kayla), Haley Hardy Hanak (Matt), Will Hardy, Seth Barnett (Katlyn) and Marlee Barnett; her great grandchildren, Molly Grace Hardy, Trip Hardy, Milo Hanak, Adalyn Barnett and JB Brock; and her sisters, Billie Skinner and Edna Ruth Richardson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fisher-Riles Funeral Home (5000 Indiana Ave, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (326 Lovers Ln, Vicksburg, MS 39183).
