It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Britton Mitchell Jr. (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sr. Mitchell and Margaret Mitchell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Alice Luckett; his daughters, Kelly Larson (Jason) and Rebecca Mitchell; his siblings, Mark Mitchell (Lori), Mike Mitchell (Jona) and Gerawyn Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Austin, Connor, Carly, Rylee, Alex, Alexis and Lily. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; as well as cherished nieces, a nephew and many dear friends.
