He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Rea Carr and Neada Carr; his wife Debbie Balthrop; his children, Brandon Carr, Heather Gibson (Carr), Julie Carr (Holliday) and Brian Gibson; his grandchildren, Halle, Bella, Liam Gibson, Presley and Clayton Carr; and his siblings, Mary Castleman (Carr), Tony Carr, Eve (Wayne Helm), Chris (Joanne Carr), Andrew Carr, Stephen (Beth Carr) and Nathan (Michelle Carr).
Due to the concern regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a visitation.
