She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mariam Lowry and Flossie Thelma McKnight Lowry; her husband R. V. Grey; and her brother Fielder Lowry. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Dolan Grey (Tricia), Rexton Van Grey (Margaret), Vickie Grey Peltz (Greg) and Dixie Grey Redditt (late Aroy); her sisters, Faye Marshall, Fern Zavala (Al) and Florence Giles (Richard); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Peltz, Stephanie Paxton (Keith), Randy Holder (Dallas), Rachel Redditt, Garrett Grey (Melody), Justin Grey, Rexton Grey, II (Diana) and Ryan Cole Grey (Heather); her great grandchildren, Landon Peltz, Natalie Peltz, Conner Paxton, Shelby Hartley, Zoey Smith, Dolan Grey, Sophia Grey, Preston Grey and Rowan Grey; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Grey, Joyce Grey and Billy Ray Grey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (145 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (326 Lovers Ln, Vicksburg, MS 39183).
