She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Chin Chu and Shik Chu; her brother Robert Chu; her brother-in-law Paul Wong; and her nephew Gregory Wong.
She is survived by: her sisters, Eleanor Chu Wong (Stanley Wong) of Santa Cruz, CA and Eltha Chu Wong (late Paul Wong) of Arlington Heights, IL; her nieces, Melissa Pfluger (Kurt) and Melinda Gonzalez (Eric); and her nephew Richard Wong of Bloomington, IL.
