It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy B. Griffith of Vicksburg, Mississippi, who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin "Paw" Griffith; her daughter Iva Elizabeth "Beth" Griffith Luckett; and her siblings, Ina Lillian Fowler Beesley, Grace Scott, Richard "Bill" Brown, Donald Brown and George Brown, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Jerre Landers, Tommy Griffith (Jeanine) and Andy Griffith (Francis); her grandchildren, Ben Luckett (Kristy), Scott Landers (Allison), Brandon Landers, Marilyn Sherman (Tommy), Beth Griffith, Kelle Sprayberry (Greg), Dale Griffith and Drew Griffith; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Landers, Kalista Butler, Bryleigh Landers, MasonLanders, Gracie Luckett, Jake Landers and Leon Sprayberry. She is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northside Baptist Church.
